Each LED screen cabinet on MB-28 trailer adopts a receiving card and LED power supply backup design, significantly improving its reliability. This design ensures that if any one of the main power supply or signal fails, the backup unit will immediately take over and ensure the normal operation of the screen. This dual backup design prevents screen blackouts during outdoor performances, ensuring that the viewing experience of the audience is not disrupted.
Safety comes first when we build the MB-28 LED trailer. Four hydraulic outriggers are installed at the four corners of the MB-28 LED screen trailer. You can use hydraulic remoter to land the stabilizers in few minutes. After the 23’ x 13’ large LED screen is raised up, the entire trailer remains stable and safe. The entire LED wall of the MB-28 can be folded into two pieces of screens for safe towing on the road. It can also be raised to 24.26 feet by hydraulic system and can be rotated at 360 degrees. The operator can orient the screen towards the audience seats at various angles.
