MOBO customize top performance on-board generator to provide power supply for trailer LED screens. Our trailer-on-board digital inverter diesel generator can cover 10KW to 24KW which can be installed on different MOBO trailers.
Compared with other traditional diesel generator sets, our generator has less weight and can perfectly mount on the trailer. With digital inverter technology, it can also reduce the fuel consumption and make the generator work stable in the hot weather.

The voltage waveform distortion rate of the output current of the MOBO generator is less than 2.5%, with pure sine wave output to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment. It has good vibration and noise handling, making it more comfortable to use when running at full load. The generator can automatically calculates and adjusts the throttle and throttle based on actual working conditions and load, achieving a fuel saving effect of 20-40%. The unique soft start design provides unimaginable load-bearing capacity. And the fully enclosed dual duct heat dissipation system can easily cope with harsh and high-temperature environments, ensuring power output. The generator has microsecond level short-circuit protection, ensuring the safety of life and electrical appliances.
Yanmar’s engines provide machine operators with a host of benefits such as reliability, durability, low lifecycle costs and low emissions capabilities which meet all global regulations. This water-cooled diesel engine is equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art technologies that help achieve optimal performance.
The generator uses water-cooled multi-level permanent magnet rare earth element. With the digital variable frequency vector control system, it has a stronger instantaneous load capacity (more than twice that of traditional general generators) and a pure sine wave output with a distortion rate of ≤3% at full load.
The generator achieves accurate fuel supply for different loads, and the comprehensive fuel consumption rate is 20-40% lower than that of traditional machines. The generator output frequency (HZ) the voltage (V) fluctuates within 1%, providing higher quality electricity for the trailer LED display.
The generator adopts a precisely designed air duct structure and optimized silent design, which can effectively reduce noise. It also ensures that the whole machine can run smoothly for a long time with high power. All maintenance is carried out on one side of the generator with great convenience.
The shell of our generator is first electrophoresed and then sprayed with plastic powder that has passed the acid, alkali, salt spray, high temperature and high cold weather tests. These processing steps make our diesel generator more durable when it works at outdoor.
