As the owner of a new MOBO LED trailer , you are responsible for regular care and proper maintenance.

Proper maintenance will help avoid situations where the MOBO LED scree trailer Manufacturer’s Limited Two-Year Warranty will not cover items due to neglect. Maintenance services should be performed in accordance with this manual, as well as the corresponding manufacturers’ warranties on components included within your mobile LED screen trailer.

Thank you for choosing MOBO LED screen trailer. To ensure your experience and rights, please read the following after-sales disclaimer carefully. By using this product, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  • The Company assumes no liability for product delays, failures or damages caused by natural disasters, wars, public events, political factors or any other force majeure.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of this product.
  • If the customer fails to comply with the product's usage specifications or performs unauthorized repairs or modifications, the Company reserves the right to cancel the warranty or after-sales service.

User Responsibilities

  • The user should ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the LED screen trailer, and regularly check the battery, circuit, power supply and other components to avoid damage caused by negligence.
  • The user needs to use the LED screen trailer in accordance with the operation method described in the product manual. Any improper use or modification may result in the warranty being invalid.
  • In the event of a device failure, please contact our customer service department in a timely manner and do not disassemble or repair the device by yourself.

Warranty

Standard Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery or the date the product is put into operation (whichever comes first).

For specific components such as the LED display panel, control system, and power supply, the warranty is extended to 36 months, subject to regular maintenance and usage according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Standard Warranty Coverage

LED Display Screen Warranty

During the warranty period, the LED display will be repaired or replaced free of charge if the display fails due to manufacturing process or material defects. Including but not limited to: Uneven screen brightness Damaged pixels (exceeding the specified number of bad pixels) Distorted screen display or no display


Hydraulic system Warranty

Any structural failure of the chassis frame and supporting structure caused by manufacturing defects during use will be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover: external damage to the chassis due to collisions, scratches or daily use.


Chassis Warranty

Any structural failure of the chassis frame and supporting structure caused by manufacturing defects during use will be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not include: external damage to the chassis due to collision, scratches or daily use


Power Supply System Warranty

Provide repair or replacement services for functional failures of power systems (including transformers, inverters, batteries, etc.) caused by manufacturing defects. Including but not limited to: Inverter failure, wiring problems related to the power system.

Standard Warranty Claims Procedure

Warranty Claim Initiation

Serial number of the LED screen trailer

Date of purchase

Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing

Photographs or videos (if applicable) showing the problem


Claim Assessment

Claim Review: Our service team will review the information provided and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. This may include an initial diagnostic via phone or email. On-Site Inspection: If necessary, we will schedule an on-site inspection by one of our certified technicians to assess the condition of the trailer and the issue.


Diagnosis and Resolution

Diagnostic Process: Our technician will assess the problem to identify whether it is a manufacturing defect or due to any misuse or external damage.

Warranty Coverage: If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or parts replacement at no extra cost to you.

Out of Warranty: If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of the required service, parts, and associated charges.


Repair or Replacement

Repair: If the problem is covered under warranty, we will repair it online or offline. If necessary, send the trailer to our designated repair point for more extensive repairs.

Replacement of parts: If a part needs to be replaced, we will replace it with an equal or better quality part free of charge during the warranty period.

Void Warranty

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications made to the unit without prior approval from the manufacturer.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, floods, or electrical surges.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to screen brightness degradation, battery performance, or cosmetic wear.
  • Any damages or issues arising from failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and operating instructions.
